Shipwrecked pirate

Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me. 
We're rascals and scoundrels, we're villians and knaves. 
Drink up me 'earties, yo ho. 
We're devils and black sheep, we're really bad eggs.

I be t' dreaded pirate Ron and this be me first mate, t' mango eatin' monkey. Yer see me plunder too aye; a good novel, Frankie and t' strongest sun cream in t' shop. What's that I 'ear you say? Will she keep up t' pirate talk for t' entire post? Maybe not...

I found an old crate on the beach surrounded by bits of broken glass and images of pirates and fierce sea battles were conjured up in my mind. Luckily I had my every relevant sailor playsuit so I snapped a few photos before the tropical storm enveloped the entire area (I'm talking thunder and lightening, and BIG bucket loads of  rain). I can never resist the opportunity to pretend to be a pirate (in a sensible, Disney-esque manner, rather than the real thing) the child in me demands it. Since I seem to be running a bit of an animal companion theme lately, I've included a couple of photos of a crab-eating macaque that sat on my balcony and ate fruit (ironically). Now where's me eyepatch...
